Mrs. S. Ann Freeman
S. Ann Freeman serves as Budget Manager and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees of UNC Wilmington, with primary responsibilities managing divisional budgets and board affairs. She serves as a member of the university IT Committee, Human Resources Liaison Committee and Rachel Freeman Endowed Scholarship Selection Committee. She has served on the university Purchasing SciQuest Review Committee, the Travel Card Review Committee and various university search committees. She represented the university at the College Business Management Institute (CBMI) conference in July 2012 and will receive certification from the UNCW Academy of Strategic Management Program in December.
She is a native of Brunswick County and a graduate of UNCW. She has served as an officer for the YWCA Board of Directors and a member of the Cape Fear Museum Associates Board. She is involved with various community service organizations in the area.
