Presentation Topics: Preparing and Presenting Multimedia Presentations, Various elements of audio-visual & computer technology, Student Employee: Customer Service, Conflict Resolution.

	Phil Cooney, Director of Campus Life Facilities & Services Campus Life (910) 962-3811 cooneyp@uncw.edu Phil is responsible for oversight of the facilities and services in the University Union and Warwick Center including the Information Center, liaison relationships with Environmental Health and Safety, Campus Police, Physical Plant and Facilities Management for smaller capital projects. Phil supervises the staff in Building Services, Reservations and Event Planning and the Facilities Use Manager.

	Amanda Turner , Reservations Assistant Campus Life (910) 962-7098 Turner@uncw.edu This position is the front line office support for the Reservations and Events Office. This position often answers the phone and greets walk up customers in search of meeting and event space on campus. This position handles the data entry in support of events in the University Union and Warwick Center.

	Tony Zefiretto, Reservations / Event Services Coordinator Campus Life (910) 962-3833 zefirettoa@uncw.edu Is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all events in the Fisher Student Center, Fisher University Union & Warwick Center.

	Jeff Lesley,Assistant Director of Publication Services Campus Life (910) 962-7599 lesleyj@uncw.edu Jeff manages the Student Building Manager Staff that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fisher Student Center, Fisher University Union, Burney Center, Warwick Center and Campus Commons. He also supervises the Campus Life Technical Coordinator, the A/V Technicians for events in the Campus Life Facilities, the Information Desk Staff in the Fisher Student Center and the Student Development Coordinators who develop training for all Campus Life Student Employees. (Events in the Lumina Theater are handled by Sandra Jackson 910-962-7971 with UNCW Presents). Presentation Topics: Supervision of Student Workers - "Obtaining graduate student level results through undergraduate employees"; Multimedia & Technology Planning and Implementation; Technology - "Maximizing the impact of the presented message through the technology of today and tomorrow"

	Sean Connolly, Office Manager Campus Life connollys@uncw.edu (910) 962-3285 Sean supervises the University Union Office Assistants and provides administrative support to the University Union Operations Staff. He oversees the payroll for all University Union's student employees and accepts student employment applications. Sean also handles the billing for all events that take place in the Fisher Student Center and the Warwick Center.

	Michael McKean, Media Tech Coordinator Campus Life (910)962-3681 McKeanm@uncw.edu Michael works with clients on a daily basis concerning their audio-visual events in the Fisher Student Center, Fisher University Union, Burney Center, Warwick Center and Campus Commons (Events in the Lumina Theater are handled by Sandra Jackson 910-962-7971 with UNCW Presents). Michael will discuss the AV details of your event with you in advance to ensure you are utilizing the best technology to deliver your message and to achieve optimal results. He installs, maintains and repairs the audio-visual equipment in all Campuis Life facilities. He also, plays a key role in the training of the student A/V Technican Staff. 	Curtis Bohnsack, Facilities Specialist Campus Life (910) 962-2521 bohnsackc@uncw.edu Curtis is responsible for routine daily maintenance of the Campus Life facilities, programming of the Clock for the Clock Tower and special projects and installations.

	Peggy Irwin ( Hendrix), Business Manager Campus Life hendrix@uncw.edu (910) 962-7323 Peggy oversees University Union, SGA (Student Government Association), Clubs and Organizations accounts/budgets. She advises the SGA Treasurer and the SGA Appropriations Committee.
