- Responsible for the development, maintenance and oversight of division's website
- Serves as liaison and coordinate with UNCW Webmaster and Marketing and Communi-cations the process required for updating the unit's websites within the division
- Monitor academic units sites as required, and assist Content Managers with requests for updates and redesign as needed
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and posting of policies, academic awards, Provost's Committees, Reappointment, Promotion and Tenure, and new faculty profiles
- Responsible for development and maintenance of Board of Trustees, Deans' Council, Academic Deans/Chairs and Director's website
- Coordinator for posting academic announcements
- Responsible for overseeing divisional unit's and division's organizational charts are updated and posted on website
- Responsible for the development/distribution of surveys and other SharePoint tasks
