UNCW FUND

The UNCW Fund is an unrestricted source of funding, which means the university can put gifts to use where they are needed most and, therefore, will have the most impact. Unrestricted gifts allow the university the ability to take on new opportunities, strengthen ongoing programs and meet immediate and critical academic needs that are not met by other funding.

Gifts to the UNCW Fund are often the only source of discretionary funds available to deans and administrators to respond to new opportunities and unmet needs. Gifts provide direct support to academic programs, scholarship and fellowship funds; as well as technological enhancements across campus.

UNCW SCHOOLS & COLLEGES

UNCW needs support for research, professorships, equipment and many other needs for the various academic areas. When making your gift, you can choose to designate the donation to any of the following areas or departments within the colleges:

ALUMNI PROGRAMS

The UNCW Alumni Association hosts more than 60 events each year with a goal of keeping alumni connected to the university and each other. These provide networking opportunities and other support for our alumni. Many of these events are free, and others require a minimal fee to cover expenses. By donating to the alumni association, you can help the growth of programming that connects almost 60,000 alumni across the globe.
