UNCW's Wise Alumni House is located at 1713 Market Street, in Wilmington's historic Carolina Heights neighborhood. It is situated east of the 17th Street intersection, on the north side of the street. The street alongside Wise House, 18th Street, is one-way going toward Princess Street.

Next door to Wise Alumni House is Kenan House, the residence of UNCW's chancellor. Wise Alumni House is the home of UNCW's Alumni Relations staff and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
