About this Chapter
The Communication Studies Alumni Chapter strives to connect alumni and friends with UNCW by providing networking, reunion and student mentoring opportunities. Everyone who has graduated from the Communication Studies Department is considered a member of the Alumni Chapter.
The COM Studies Department also looks to alumni who are working professionally in the Communication field to serve as mentors to current students through the Project Protege program.

Music at Mayfaire with the Schoolboys

Stop by the Alumni Association tent to say hello to friends and fellow grads and register for raffles prizes!
The Schoolboys, UNCW's unofficial faculty rock band, will play soulful renditions of some of the best good time music in rock and roll. The band features
Bill Bolduc, Bill DiNome, James Hunt, Rick Olsen and Frank Trimble.

The concert is free and open to the public and takes place on the Mayfaire event lawn behind Ulta and World Market. Bring a blanket or chairs and pack your cooler and picnic basket. This event will go until dark and is pet friendly.

Homecoming Reception
A great time was had by all who attended the Communication Studies Department’s (COM Studies) Alumni Reception on Saturday, February 4.
