Justin is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Criminology. He came to be at NURC by way of a two week internship through Florida State University’s Underwater Crime Scene Investigation dive classes at there Panama City campus. From their, he enrolled for a full semester as an intern at NURC and upon completion was offered a spot on the dive team.
