Warren Miller
TDI/SDI Instructor Trainer

Warren certified as a diver in 1979. His number of annual dives increased dramatically in 1986 when he and his wife, Karla, purchased a houseboat on the St Lawrence River. In 1993 Warren and Karla started a dive travel business for a local Syracuse dive store leading trips to a variety of locations in the Caribbean and the Pacific.

Eventually he partnered with Henry MacDonald and they purchased that business and opened Finger Lakes Scuba in 1998. They began as YMCA instructors and crossed over to SSI in early 1999. The store grew and increased the number of instructors and number of dive travel trips each year. He sold his ownership of the store to Henry in the fall of 2003 and has since focused on rebreather diving and training.

Warren is an SSI Dive Control Specialist Instructor; IANTD Trimix Inspiration Instructor, Inspiration/ Evolution Rebreather Instructor Trainer; TDI Instructor for OC Trimix and SDI/TDI Instructor Trainer up through Inspiration / Evolution Rebreather.

He enjoys teaching and is an avid underwater photographer with a number of photos published in magazines and a book. He loves rebreather diving and is excited about the Evolution Rebreather and the Vision Electronics.
