Tim Gallagher is a Dive Specialist and Training Coordinator for the National Undersea Research Center at UNCW. He was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, and received his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. He holds EMT/DMT certifications as well as several Technical Instructor ratings including Technical Nitrox, Deep Air, and Semi-closed Rebreather.. As a Director for the Cambrian Foundation (a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, Tim participated and coordinated several technical diving expeditions around the world, including: the U.S.S. Monitor Survey, The City of Ainesworth in British Columbia, and the Great Blue Hole of Belize. Tim enjoys all outdoor activities including snow skiing, hiking, kayaking, and diving.
