Chris
is a senior pursuing a B.Sc. at the University of South Carolina. He plans
on entering a graduate program in either the
field of Environmental Science or Wildlife Biology. He became interested
in coral reef ecology after taking Dr. Wethey's Bio 301 and joined the
team as an undergraduate research assistant. Having not yet had SCUBA
training, Chris remained "dry support" doing electronic repair,
housing manufacture, lathe and milling machine work, and other support
for the mission. Chris hopes to gain valuable lab and field experience
from this.
