|
Michael C. Ott, MD Dr. Ott works in Pulmonary Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. He originally began diving as a Marine Biology major. He continues to be an avid diver and instructor, as well as a technical diver. Currently Dr. Ott works with NOAA as a member of the NOAA Diving Medical Review Board. In this capacity, he has had to opportunity to work on several exciting projects including the 1999 and 2000 expeditions to the USS Monitor, which lies 235' deep off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. Dr. Ott has provided medical coverage for two of the Aquarius mission this year, and continues to remain involved in many aspects of diving medicine. |
