Journal 6- Thor Dunmire: Mission Day 4: Thursday, May 16, 2002
This has been a great mission so far. The astronauts are all fantastic and are very easy to get along with. When I was first assigned to this mission I was worried that the NASA crew might be a little uptight and boring because of their highly organized and regimented operating procedures. I immediately learned that this fear was completely wrong and that all four have a good sense of humor and are very entertaining to be around.

We have a turtle down here this mission that has become obsessed with one of our outside video cameras and will not stop molesting it. Ryan and I have to keep going out and repositioning the camera because the turtle keeps knocking it loose. The live "turtle cam" is the one that is directed at the white emergency gazebo.
