What an amazing day. No matter how much I anticipated my first day in Aquarius, the feeling of seeing fish swimming around our windows is incredible. I'm starting to get used to the pressure fluctuations in the habitat that accompany changes in the wet porch water level - due to swells on the surface. A small cut on my finger this morning appeared to bleed green because of the lack of red light at depth. I felt a bit alien. I'm off to eat and relax until my 7:30 AM dive tomorrow. The portals are turning a beautiful deep blue as the sun sets. Until tomorrow! - Joshua |
