Today [Tuesday] has been a full day. This morning Joshua and I checked all the larval traps for larvae. Many of the corals had spawned, which is exciting. The larvae look like little brown blebs, about the size of a comma. They swim around pretty fast, considering how small they are. It seems to be stormy weather up top, Pete and Ruth were looking a little green when they stopped by the habitat to drop off supplies. It was terrific to see them. This journal entry will be a bit short today, we woke up early this morning (six thirty) and I'm pretty exhausted. More tomorrow. |
