You are looking at the Kamper remote fill station. When aquanauts are working on the reef at a distance from Aquarius, it is more efficient for them to fill their tanks at the remote fill station rather than swimming back to the lab. The fill station also serves as a communication hub, allowing divers to stand under the dome and speak to one another, grab a drink of water or eat a snack.
