Film Studies Movie Makers Series

The UNCW Film Studies Program has the second in a series of film-related talks to be held at 4 p.m., Thursday, October 12, in Bryan Auditorium, Morton Hall 100.

The guest speaker will be Joe D'Alessandro, who has free-lanced in the film industry since 1983 and currently works as a camera operator and cinematographer. His credits include: The Natural, Crimes of the Heart, The Prince of Tides, Glory, Nell, American Gothic, Dawson's Creek, Miracle in the Woods, Bastard out of Carolina, and What the Deaf Man Heard. In 1997, he photographed and co-produced the independent film, Enchanted, which premiered on Showtime.
