UNCW RANDALL LIBRARY HOSTS EXHIBIT FEATURING STUDENT ART.

WILMINGTON, NC -- Randall Library at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington is hosting the exhibit “Life Impressions - Student Printmaking, 1985-1999” through Dec. 15 at the library’s first floor art wall.Donald Furst, professor in the UNCW Department of Art and Theatre, served as curator for the exhibit which features original samples by his students. A variety of printmaking techniques are featured in the display including intaglio dry paint, color intaglio, soft ground vitreography, photoetching and embossment intaglio. A reception for the exhibit will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 9, at the display.
