WILMINGTON, NC – Dr. Lisa Pollard, assistant professor of history at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, will lecture on “Explaining a Crisis: Critical Dates in the Modern Middle East” at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, in the Randall Library Auditorium. This talk, sponsored by the university’s History Department, is free and open to the public.
