UNCW STUDENT THEATRE TO PRESENT ROBIN HOOD

WILMINGTON, NC – STAGE Company, the student-run theatre group at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, will debut its production of Don Nigro’s Robin Hood at 8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, in Kenan Hall’s SRO Theatre. Additional performances are scheduled for 8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 6, through Saturday, Dec. 8. A matinee performance is set for 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 9. Tickets, which will be on sale at the door, are $5 for general admission, $3 for UNCW students with ID.UNCW junior Aaron Rumley will direct this retelling of the classic story about Robin Hood, Maid Marian, Prince John and the men of Sherwood Forest. Nigro’s version contains material of an adult nature and may not be suitable for young children.
