Wilmington, NC – Robert Griffiths is the next speaker in the UNCW Great Decisions lecture series on foreign policy. He will discuss “AIDS in Africa.”

Griffiths is an associate professor in the Political Science Department at UNC Greensboro. He specializes in the political systems of Africa. Griffiths holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont and has his Master of Arts and Ph.D. from the University of Connecticut.

Griffiths will begin his lecture at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, in Morton Hall, Room 100. He will field questions from the audience at the end of the lecture. Great Decisions is open to the public and there is no charge for admission.
