Wilmington, NC – The UNC Wilmington Office of Campus Diversity is observing Native American Heritage Month with the screening of the film In Whose Honor? at 7 p.m., Monday, Nov. 18, in Warwick Center, Center Stage Cafe. This free event is open to the public; an open discussion will follow.

The 46-mintue film examines the long running practice of “honoring” American Indians as mascots and nicknames in sports.
