Dr. Renee Vincent, professor of theatre in the Department of Art and

Theatre at UNCW, recently received an $8,000 grant from the North

Carolina Arts Council for her film, Conversation with Kafka.

We will be holding a press opportunity on Tuesday, Jan. 21 so that Dr.

Vincent and Joe Dunton, from Joe Dunton Cameras, Int., Inc., can tell you

about all of their adventures with students from UNCW in Prague, Czech

Republic, where the film was shot. You will also see some footage from

the film and Joe Dunton will make a major announcement about his

business.

We hope that you will be able to cover this event and be part of showing

the public’s appreciation of the arts in Wilmington. You may park in the

visitors’ parking lot in front of Westside Hall.
