UNCW Art Exhibit Series Features Works by James Fulcher

Wilmington – “Seaside Serenity,” an exhibit by local artist and UNCW

alumnus James Fulcher ’02, is on display in the Warwick Center lobby

through Feb. 21. The exhibit, sponsored by the Campus Activities and

Involvement Center, showcases Fulcher’s use of vivid colors and

includes elaborate three-dimensional depictions of underwater gardens

and coastal environments. The display features acrylic paintings and

unique sculptures created from recycled surf boards.

A closing reception will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 21, in

the Warwick Center lobby. Both the exhibit and reception are free and

open to the public. The Warwick Center is open Monday through Friday

7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 11 p.m.
