Please join David Parker, president of the Eastern Region for Wachovia, UNCW Chancellor James R. Leutze, and Dr. Cathy Barlow, dean of the Watson School of Education, at a news conference at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 24, in Wagoner Hall, Madeline Suite on the campus of UNC Wilmington.

The purpose of the news conference is to announce a significant contribution toward the creation of the N.C. Teachers Legacy Hall. Planned for the new facility under construction to house the Watson School of Education, the Legacy Hall will serve as a timeless memorial honoring education and teaching excellence throughout the state.
