UNCW Film Studies Announces Actor David Andrews to Kick Off Fall 2003 Moviemaker Series

Wilmington, N.C. – University of North Carolina at Wilmington’s film studies department announces actor David Andrews will launch the fall 2003 Moviemaker Series 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29 in Bryan Auditorium (Morton Hall, Room 100). Andrews recently starred in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, playing the pivotal role of Robert Brewster, who oversees the military’s use of artificial intelligence. In an acting career that spans more than two decades, Andrews has worked with some of Hollywood’s most respected directors: Ridley Scott in Hannibal, Lawrence Kasdan in Wyatt Earp, David Fincher in Fight Club and Ron Howard in Apollo 13. This fall, Andrews plays recurring roles on the TV series CSI and Dragnet. This event is free and open to the public.
