WILMINGTON, NC –The University of North Carolina at Wilmington’s Department of Music will commemorate the university’s purchase of a Steinway D Concert Grand Piano in an inaugural concert at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, in Kenan Auditorium. Refreshments will be served afterwards. The performance is free and open to the public.

Faculty members, as well as selected students, will perform short presentations to celebrate the arrival of this new instrument.
