Wilmington, N.C.- The University of North Carolina at Wilmington Department of Music will have a faculty trio recital at 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12 in Kenan Auditorium. The trio consists of Mary Jo White, flute; Petrea Warnick, oboe; and Karen Rice, piano. The program features composers who specifically wrote for this type of trio and includes works by Alberto Ginastera, Gordon Jacob and Jean-Baptiste Loeillet. Tickets are $5 for general admission and $2.50 for UNCW faculty and staff, senior citizens and children under 12. UNCW students get in free with a valid ID. Tickets may be purchased one hour prior to performance at the Kenan Auditorium box office 910/962-3500.
