UNCW Seeks Artists for Its 2004-05 University Union Exhibit Series

By Rebecca D’Amico, PR InternWilmington, N.C. - The University of North Carolina at Wilmington is seeking visual artists to exhibit their work during the 2004-05 academic year in the University Union and Warwick Center. Artwork of any medium is eligible. All works must be framed, matted and ready for display. Exhibits run for approximately six weeks.
Interested artists should submit no more than ten 35-mm slides or a slide CD that best represents their work, current resume and artist statement for consideration by the selection committee. The submission deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, April 9. Artists should include their name on each slide and enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope in order for materials to be returned.
