Wilmington, N.C. – The Student Government Association of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington is sponsoring “Points Around the Globe Poetry Night” from

7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11 in the University Union Living Room at UNCW. The event is part of UNCW’s 11th annual Intercultural Week, which begins Monday, Feb. 9 and ends Saturday, Feb. 14.

“Points Around the Globe” will be an intimate night of poetry in which participants will exhibit poetry, prose and personal narrative of cultural significance. All those interested in listening to others or reading their own work or other significant pieces of literature are welcome.
