Wilmington -- The Discover Outdoor Center at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington is holding its second annual climbing competition, The Seaside Scramble, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, March 27. Taking place at UNCW's indoor climbing wall located in the Student Recreation Center, this competition is a great way to enjoy a weekend at the beach and get some first-rate climbing in as well.



There will be five competition levels offered, as well as two special climbing competitions for dyno climbing and bouldering. Other levels include: an open beginner's, men's intermediate, women's intermediate, men's advanced, and women's advanced. There will be great prizes available for the top participants in each category.
