Please be advised there will be a meeting of the Executive Committee of the UNCW Board of Trustees by conference call at 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 28, to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of business in the area served by this body {N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(4)} and to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property {N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(5)}. As permitted by the Open Meetings Act, most of the meeting will be held in closed session.
