WILMINGTON, NC – The Seahawk Perch, UNCW’s Center for Commuter and Non-Traditional Student Services, has upgraded its Off-Campus Housing List to an all new Web-based Off-Campus Housing Ad System.

“The new system will continue to allow UNCW students, faculty, staff and Wilmington community members to advertise properties for sale or rent, or to search for potential roommates,” said Dana McKoy, coordinator of Commuter and Non-Trad Student Services. “However, it is more interactive and it will allow users to have more control by directly creating their own ads or searching for housing and roommates based on criteria specific to their needs. We are very excited to be able to expand and improve our services for the university community with this new system.”

To access the list, users simply go to www.uncw.edu/seahawkperch, enter the Off-Campus Housing System, and set up a user profile. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail account provided, which will include a link to the new housing system. Users then have access to post or search advertisements.
