Wilmington, N.C. – The next University of North Carolina at Wilmington Surplus Store Sale will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, June 18 at the Warehouse Extension on Plyler Street. Parking will be available street side and in the parking lot located behind University Police.

All items are priced at $100 or less. Although items in the Surplus Store will vary, the types of items available this month include window draperies and valances, food processing equipment and computer monitors.

UNCW Surplus Store Sales are open to the general public for cash sales only. No checks or credit cards are accepted. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. The university cannot deliver items sold. All goods purchased must be taken away from the Warehouse by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the sale. Loading assistance will be minimal for this sale; and a liability release is required from the customer before assistance may be given.

Sales are generally held the third Friday of each month, but interested persons should check the surplus Web site at www.uncw.edu/ba/surplus/index.htm for specific dates.
