RE: Conference Call Meeting of UNCW Board of Trustees Executive Committee

A conference call meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Wilmington is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 3 in Alderman Hall, Room 110. The meeting will largely be held in closed session to consult with our attorney to consider and give instructions concerning a potential or actual claim, administrative procedure, or judicial action [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11 (a) (3)]; to prevent the disclosure of privileged information under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of the regulations or laws of the United States [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11 (a) (1)]; and to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(5)].
