“How Movies Construct Space” with Todd Berliner at UNCW

Wilmington, N.C. – The Department of Film Studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington will present Todd Berliner at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 11 in Morton Hall, Bryan Auditorium, Room 100 on the campus of UNCW. This event is free and open to the public.

Berliner, associate professor and chair of the film studies department at UNCW, will discuss “How Movies Construct Space.” He appeared in Film Quarterly, the Journal of Film and Video, Cinema Journal and Style for his articles that cover topics such as songs in cinema, movie sequels, Raging Bull’s visual style and movie dialogue.
