Wilmington, N.C. – Something Corporate and The All-American Rejects will play at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 23 in the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Trask Coliseum. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available at www.uncwtickets.com, and ticket prices are $10 for UNCW students, $15 for UNCW faculty and staff and $20 for the general public. Tickets for students are on sale from Monday, March 14 and for the remainder of the tickets from Monday, March 21.

Something Corporate consists of five band members “steeped in classic American and British rock who are giving their roots a modern-rock spin.” The band’s songs, written by lead singer Andrew McMahon and guitarist Josh Partington, are based on their own lives.

The All-American Rejects hail from Stillwater, Okla., and describe their sound as “...the pulse of edgy pop-rock sung with unfettered emotion. It’s pinprick hooks toughened by crunchy guitars and aggressive solos. It’s songs that burrow into your head and stay there.”

The concert is the annual spring concert brought to the UNCW community by ACE.
