Wilmington, N.C. – The University of North Carolina Wilmington Early Music Consort will perform its inaugural concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, April 24 in Kenan Auditorium. General admission is $5 and free to UNCW students with valid ID.

The consort includes UNCW faculty and community members playing a variety of Renaissance and Baroque instruments such as the recorder, guitar, violoncello and hand percussion instruments. The program will include works by 16th century composers Morley, Rossi, Holborne, Susato and Purcell.
