RE: Health and Human Service Needs Assessment Findings

To be Presented 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 3

University Union 100, UNC Wilmington

Affordable health care and access to health care have emerged as the most compelling needs across the board in a three-month, three-county regional health and human services needs assessment conducted by the Master of Public Administration program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington for the Cape Fear Area United Way.

To learn more about the significant findings from this study, please join the MPA students and professors along with community and United Way representatives for a full presentation of their findings at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 3, in the University Union room 100 on the campus of UNC Wilmington.

The beginning of the meeting will provide a good photo op with UNCW Chancellor Rosemary DePaolo, Professor Thomas Barth of the MPA program, and Lynn Pharr, president of the Cape Fear Area United Way.
