Wilmington, N.C. - Please be advised that plans are being made for a possible special called meeting of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, to take place in the Chancellor's Conference Room, 110 Alderman Hall, via conference call. The majority of the meeting will be held in closed session to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, fitness, conditions of appointment, or conditions of initial employment of an individual public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee; or to hear or investigate a complaint, charge, or grievance by or against an individual public officer or employee (N.C.G.S. 143-318.11 (a) (6)).
