Please be advised that there will be a conference call meeting of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, in the Chancellor's Conference Room, 110 Alderman Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to consider approval of legal documents pertaining to student housing projects. The meeting will be held in open session, and no closed session is planned.
