Please be advised there will be a conference call meeting of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 10 a.m., Thursday, March 2, in the Chancellor's Conference Room, Alderman Hall, Room 110. The meeting will be held in closed session to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a) (5)]."
