RE: Special Called Meeting of UNCW Board of Trustees Executive Committee, 4 p.m., Monday, June 19, Alderman Hall 110

Please be advised there will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 4 p.m. on Monday, June 19 in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The meeting will in closed session, as allowed under the Open Meeting Act, to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property. [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a)(5)]; to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract. [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a)(5)]; to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee. [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a)(6).
