Wilmington, N.C. - After a brief hiatus, the University of North Carolina Wilmington Surplus Store is reopening Friday, July 21. The store will be open from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Warehouse Extension on Plyler Drive. Parking will be available street side and in the lot located behind University Police.

Although items in the store will vary, the types of items available this month include bedroom sets, a pool table and a plethora of office furniture, as well as computers, monitors, laptops, microwaves, tables, chairs, sofas and more. All items are priced $100 or less.

UNCW Surplus Store Sales are open to the general public for cash sales only. No checks or credit cards are accepted. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties. The university cannot deliver items sold. And all goods purchased must be taken away from the Warehouse by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the sale. Loading help will be minimal for this sale and will require a liability release from the customer before assistance is given.
