Please be advised there will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 12, in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The meeting will be held in closed session to consider personnel actions as allowed under the Open Meetings Law Act to: establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (5)]; and to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (6)].
