Be a College Student for a Day

By Adam Wade, marketing and communications internWilmington, N.C. - The University of North Carolina Wilmington's College of Arts and Sciences invites the public to become college students for a day by attending the fifth annual College Day from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11. Registration for the program is now open online at www.uncw.edu/collegeday.
Participants in College Day can choose one class from each of two morning and two afternoon sessions. The 48 one-hour presentations represent the range of the liberal arts tradition within the College of Arts and Sciences as well as guest presentations from the Cameron School of Business, School of Nursing and Watson School of Education. The cost is $35 per person and includes a catered lunch at Warwick Center. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Registration assistance is available by calling 910-962-3195, in person at the Division for Public Service and Continuing Studies, 5051 New Centre Drive, Suite 107, and at the College Day Web site www.uncw.edu/collegeday.
