Wilmington, N.C. - University of North Carolina Wilmington held its 72nd commencement exercises Dec. 16 in Trask Coliseum. UNCW Television will rebroadcast the ceremony in its entirety between now and Dec. 29 over the Learning Network on Time Warner Cable channel 5 and Charter Cable channel 12 at the following times:
12/21, 8 - 10 p.m.
12/22, 3 - 5 p.m.
12/23, 9 - 11 a.m.
12/24, noon - 2 p.m.
12/25, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
12/26, 3 - 5 p.m.
12/27, noon - 2 p.m.
12/28, 8 - 10 a.m.
12/29, 3 - 5 p.m.

Approximately 731 undergraduate and 166 graduate students received degrees. An additional 273 undergraduate and 77 graduate students who completed requirements for graduation in summer 2006 were included in the ceremony.

The official UNCW winter break holiday is from Dec. 25, 2006 to Jan 1, 2007. Spring semester 2007 officially begins on Friday, Jan. 5. UNCW classes start Wednesday, Jan. 10.
