RE: Special Called Meeting of UNCW Board of Trustees Executive Committee

Please be advised there will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

A significant portion of the meeting will be held in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Law Act to: establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5)]; to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5)]; and to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(6)].
