RE: Special Called Meeting of UNCW Board of Trustees Executive Committee

2 p.m., Friday, June 29, Alderman Hall 110

Please be advised there will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 2 p.m., Friday, June 29, in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

A significant portion of the meeting will be held in closed session to consider personnel actions as allowed under the Open Meetings Law Act to: establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (5)]; consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (6)]; and establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5)].
