RE: Special Called Meeting of UNCW Board of Trustees, 1:30 pm, Friday, Dec. 14, Golden Hawk Room of Nixon Annex

The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Wilmington will hold a special called meeting to consider recommendations for tuition and fees for the 2008-09 academic year, in accordance with the process established by the UNC Board of Governors. The board will also consider 2008-09 room and board and other rates, will receive additional information items, and will convene for a portion of the meeting in closed session, as allowed under the N.C. Open Meetings Act. This meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 14, in the Golden Hawk Room of Nixon Annex adjacent to Trask Coliseum.
