There will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 18, in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The primary agenda item will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to: "establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (5)]."
